More variety, smaller batches
Consumers want more variety, which means more shapes and sizes, smaller batches and more change-overs. For a producer, every change-over costs production time.

You do not adjust the depositor mechanically to switch shape or size. You load a saved recipe and continue production, usually within a minute.
Pesto contains pieces, and a depositor must not block on them. FoodJet uses pinch valves in several diameters. A pinch valve closes by squeezing a flexible tube shut, so sauce with pieces passes without clogging.
We match the diameter to your particle size and the level of detail you want.
The depositor sits where the flatbreads lie still on the conveyor, ready for topping. The exact position depends on your line layout, product handling and how the sauce behaves at process temperature.
