The MDM300 is engineered to apply liquids in an even layer.
FoodJet systems handle conditions where standard depositors struggle: high line speeds, materials with inclusions, and tight visual tolerances.

The MDM300 is a movable C-frame that holds one large depositing head. It contains the mass supply piping, pump, buffer tank, and control cabinet. The frame can be docked onto an existing conveyor system or onto the floor. The entire frame is IP67, sanitary design with minimal cabling on the outside. It is built for demanding production and cleaning conditions. The entire liquid foodstuff circuit is CIP-able without any need for disassembly.
The depositing head is directly positioned over the moving conveyors, so the liquid foodstuff can be accurately deposited on top of products being transported without the need to start/ stop.
Total volume control is done by means of the servo-driven volumetric pump, feeding a common rail to the head. Advanced control loops and active buffering allow the head to perform equally. The servo controller continuously calculates the pump’s required rotational position based on forward information of the patterns to be deposited. This way, the deposit volume is digitally controlled to your setting.
